Quality Analyst (French & German Market) – Freelancer

We’re looking for a detail-driven Quality Analyst to support our French and German operations in a fast-paced BPO environment. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring service excellence by evaluating processes, data, and customer interactions against client expectations, compliance standards, and internal KPIs.

You’ll play a key part in driving continuous improvement, identifying performance gaps, and partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate quality across operations.
