Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to HCM platforms such as Workday, Kronos, Paychex, ADP, SAP, Oracle, and Sage for end-users and clients.
• Resolve system, account, and payroll-related technical concerns while ensuring timely ticket resolution and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
• Assist users with system navigation, configuration issues, data validation, and functional usage of HCM applications.
