Taste – Quality | Analytical Laboratory

The Quality Analyst (Chromatography) will temporarily join the laboratory team to perform accurate and timely analytical testing on different matrices used in the flavor industry, ensuring compliance with quality specifications, safety standards, and Good Laboratory Practices.

This position is on‐site in Tlalnepantla, State of Mexico, with a temporary assignment of 6 months, working three rotating shifts with monthly rotation.

Key Responsibilities

Perform and document chromatographic analyses (mandatory), including GC and GC‐MS. Conduct physicochemical testing on powders, dried products, and emulsions.
