Proven ability to perform as a SQA Test Lead who can work independently as well as with a large cross-functional team, support ADB to drive quality outcomes end-to-end, and influence cross-functional teams to address quality risks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent. An undergraduate major in Finance or Accountancy is an added advantage.
At least 10 years of work experience as a Test Lead. Experience as test manager is an advantage.
Test automation knowledge and experience is highly preferred.
Must have experience as Test Lead in Agile software development.
Must have proven business process and requirements analysis skills to support effective preparation of test scenarios and test cases
Experience in testing regulated financial systems
Awareness of data privacy, security, and audit requirements
Experience supporting internal or external audits (advantage)
