Quality Assurance Analyst (Oils blending/ Tableau, Tuas)
Role Purpose To effectively develop the team to enable a safe, world class operation by owning the technical reliability and mechanical performance of the shop floor, and lead operations on the factory floor that deliver continuous profitable growth to delighted customers.
Responsibilities - Establish and monitor site-wide Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that align directly with business goals, ensuring the production floor delivers against Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets.
- Analysis and sharing of daily, weekly, and monthly trends, enabling the shift from reactive problem-solving to proactive planning and prevention.
- Champion a culture where structured problem-solving and 5S principles shape daily operations and how we work.
