Quality Assurance Assistant

Location: Boston

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000

Shift: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm, 1 hour lunch)

The Quality Assurance Assistant will act as a key support function between the QA team, Technical team, Production and Customer-facing departments within a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment. This role spends roughly 40% of the time in the factory and 60% office based, supporting customer complaints, quality investigations, reporting, audits, technical administration and retailer compliance activities.
