As our Quality Assurance Consultant, you will be responsible for auditing new business policies, sales interactions, underwriting, and policy administration processes to ensure compliance with insurer mandates, legislative requirements, and internal quality standards. You will work closely with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, and Compliance teams to identify improvement opportunities, mitigate risk, and promote a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
