Quality Assurance Engineer (Testing Process)

Job Description

**Drive final-stage product reliability and operational excellence** by overseeing the quality of Integrated Circuit (IC) testing processes. In this role, you will govern final test operations, including Automated Test Equipment (ATE) setups. You will use statistical methods to prevent escape defects, minimize test-induced damage, and ensure every shipped chip meets zero-defect standards.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Monitor and maintain product and process quality to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards.
+ Lead 8D structured problem-solving teams to investigate final test yield drops, high retest rates, and customer quality returns (RMA).
+ Implement strict controls to prevent mechanical damage (e.g., bent leads, cracked packages, electrostatic discharge damage) during automated handling.
