Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
β’ Should have good client relationship (both internal and external)
β’ Coordinates with all departments to ensure that the Quality Targets are met
β’ Designs the Quality Management System that standardizes and documents all processes
β’ Reports with analysis are made accordingly to keep management informed of the state of the team
β’ Depending on the need, initiatives and projects may be implemented in order to drive performance
β’ Ensures that SLAs in Quality are met
β’ Supervise Assistant Managers - Quality
β’ Designs and drives KPIs and KRAs of the team
β’ Coordinates with all departments in implementing Quality Programs
β’ Conduct RCA for challenged metrics
β’ Produce Reports as needed
β’ Keep trackers, ISO documents and other account files updated
β’ Conducts projects to improve performance
β’ Develops plans to minimize cost and increase productivity
