About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and drive quality excellence across our manufacturing operations. This strategic leadership role is responsible for ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of plant-wide Quality Assurance systems.
• Ensure full compliance with IATF 16949 , ISO 9001 , and customer-specific automotive standards.
• Direct internal, external, and customer audits while ensuring successful compliance outcomes.
• Monitor and drive performance through key quality metrics (KPIs), including defect rates, customer claims, and process capability.
