About the Role

Responsible for quality inspection, construction supervision, compliance checking, testing witness, defect management and project handover for data center M&E and civil works. Ensure all construction works comply with design standard, SOP, local authority requirement and project specification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site QA/QC inspection for data center civil, electrical, mechanical, cooling and fire protection construction works.
• Verify construction material quality, workmanship compliance and site safety standard.
• Witness factory testing, site testing, commissioning and acceptance activities for data center infrastructure systems.
• Identify construction defects, issue NCR, track rectification progress and ensure full closure before handover.
