The primary purpose of this position is to manage quality assurance/control methods, principles, and practices, including statistical analysis, root cause analysis, sampling techniques, and reporting for the organization. Responsibilities Develops and implements procedures to carry out in-depth oversight and surveillance of fuels programs in accordance with Performance Work Statements (PWS), Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASP), Air Force Instructions, and State and Federal laws. Analyzes and evaluates fuels operational requirements through examining problems, or potential problem areas identified by the Chief of Operations, external customers, unexpected fluctuations or trends in statistics, or by direction of higher headquarters.
