Position Overview

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures high-quality performance and compliance across operations by monitoring processes, troubleshooting issues, and guiding the QA team. The role involves evaluating service quality, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring system reliability through effective software and hardware troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
  • Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
  • Microsoft product knowledge is required
  • Should have experience supporting a BPO environment (Required)
  • Minimum of 6 months in QA or related experience (required)
  • Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college experience (required)
