Work setup: Onsite (Pasig)

Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday) & 8:00 AM 3:00 PM (2 Working Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Creation, revision and process mapping of necessary procedures and forms as per ISO requirements.
• Plan and Execute Internal audits and other quality assurance & ISO activities.
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective actions.
• Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
• Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
