Reporting to the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, the Quality Assurance Technician assists in ensuring quality system requirements are met and maintained. The role provides management with information on day‑to‑day operations and interfaces with Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Maintenance and corporate staff, as well as customers and regulatory personnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft procedures, deviations, change controls and CAPA
• Draft validation protocols and reports
• Manage irradiation instruction specifications and cycle time determination
• Manage pest control program
• Manage material inspection and inventory
• Manage equipment preventive maintenance program
• Perform batch review and release of certificates and products (excluding DEL products)
• Conduct density studies on customer products and complete applicable tote loading diagrams
