POSITION: Quality Technologist

JOB PURPOSE: P rotects product safety and integrity at the point of production by confirming that both hygiene conditions and processing equipment are compliant and production-ready before and during operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct GHP pre-operation inspection of production areas, personnel practices, and environmental hygiene against SOPs and regulatory standards.
• Conduct GHP Audits based on plan with complete reports & documentation and follow-up corrective actions.
• Check handwashing, gowning, sanitation, and pest-control compliance across assigned shifts and areas.
• Document hygiene deviations using standardized non-conformance formats and follow up on corrective actions.
• Escalate critical hygiene breaches to the QA Supervisor / FSQR Manager and HACCP Team when food safety risk is identified.
