Roles and Responsibilities

Test applications to ensure they work correctly, including functional, integration, and regression testing, and document any issues or bugs.

Hold defect review meetings with the development team to track and resolve reported issues.

Log, track, and report defects before User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go‑Live.

Verify that the final product is stable, fully functional, and performs well before UAT and Go‑Live.

Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Account Managers, and the technical team to ensure a smooth rollout of solutions.

Support Project Managers in team review meetings and sprint evaluations to improve workflows.

Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Analyst to improve test documentation, including test plans, strategies, and test cases, and help streamline QA processes.
