In this role, you will be responsible for:
Analysing scope, requirements, staffing, project timelines.Manage and coach a team of testers - guide and mentor through issues and challenges and their employment journey.Stay abreast of modern technologies, best practices, and recommends the introduction of new technology and processes.Act as the Subject Matter Expert and hold overall accountability for QA on multiple complex initiatives, and operations and stability of the application ecosystem.Create and review QA Test Strategies/Test Approach/Test Cases and provide inputs and recommendations; be involved in hands on execution as needed.Closely monitor testing progress and providing constructive feedback to testers, give direction/suggestions for further improvements when projects status turns yellow/red, resolve project conflicts.Collaborate in validating production issues ...
