As a Quality Control Auditor, your strong attention to detail will allow you to conduct quality control reviews of residential loan production files including closed loan audits, FHA/VA audits and investor repurchases.

This position is based on-site in our NVR mortgage offices.

Primary Responsibilities

+ Perform comprehensive reviews of mortgage loan files in accordance with the Quality Control program and accepted agency standards; including Closed Loan, Discretionary, Prefunding, Early Payment Default, and Fair Lending reviews
