Conversant with international codes and standards, including ISO standards.
To carry out welding inspection before, during and after welding completion including material verification, welding control, fit up, dimensional control and visual inspection.
Review of WPS/PQR and implementation of WPS requirements.
Coordinate with customers' quality personnel / TPI for all site inspection & preparation.
To observe all relevant actions related to weld quality throughout production.
To record, or log all production inspection points, relevant to quality, including a final report showing all identified imperfections.
To compare all recorded information with the acceptance criteria and any relevant clauses in the applied application standards.
To attend and resolve all QA related matters.
Any other job concerning QAQC department assigned from the Senior Management/ General Managers.
