Position Overview

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) 
In Process Reject Analysis and improvement 
Outgoing Quality Control ( Inspection Sheet ) 
Handling a Customer Concern or Claims 
New material assessment ( supplier, material substitute, etc. ) 
Technical change Notice : Quality (to formally make process and documents whenever there is any change in 5M and 1E ) 
O.A. Documentation Handling of above. 
Continuous Improvement in Quality 
Conduct Quality Training to newly hired Technician or Production Staff 
Conducts Audits of processes being implemented. ( Corrective and Preventive Action. Existing process if being complied, etc. ) 
Serve as QMR ( Quality Management Representative ) in preparation for ISO Certification ( Future ) 
Reports Monthly Quality Status of ( IQC, In Process Quality and OQC plus other activity associated with Quality ).
