Responsibilities
- Conducts line checking of release parameters such as physical checks i.e. leak, netcontents, coding and appearance.
- Evaluates the results of the periodic sampling and gives advise to operators for correctiveadjustments as necessary.
- Coordinates with the operators the timing of sample preparations and adjustments neededfor machines to meet the standard requirement in finished goods.
- Implements all policies on GMP, Hygiene and Sanitation, Environment and Safety thru line monitoring:
- Check performance of weighing balance used in net content monitoring
- Conduct personnel hygiene compliance check.
- Inspection and monitoring of room condition.
Qualifications
- Must be High School Graduate or other related food course/s.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
