This role focuses on inspecting parts and materials for pumps and rotating equipment in a busy shop environment. You will ensure that all components meet precise specifications by reading blueprints, performing detailed measurements, and documenting inspection results using computer systems. The position requires strong attention to detail, hands-on experience in a pump or machine shop, and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards.

**Responsibilities**

+ Inspect pump components and rotating equipment parts in the shop to ensure they meet specified quality and dimensional requirements.
+ Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine correct dimensions, tolerances, and inspection criteria.
