Quality Control Intern

Job Purpose

The Quality Control Intern supports the team in keeping food products safe and of good quality. They help check supplier and product documents and keep records well organized. The intern also makes sure documents like specifications, COAs, and inspection reports are complete, correct, and easy to track from supplier to shipment, and follows up with the team if any information is missing or unclear.

Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities

• Review and check supplier documents and specifications and support preparation of documents for internal and customer approval.
• Ensure all documents for supplier and product validation are prepared for customer review, properly organized, and tracked clearly.
• Support planning and coordination of laboratory testing based on sampling plans.
