Ensures on organization's products,services consistenty meet Customer expectations,industry standards,and legal regulations.Oversee the entire the Quality Management System(QMS) by developing testing procedures ,training staff,analyzing performance deta,and enforcing a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and implement protocols to test and inspect raw materials,in-process goods(WIP), and final products(FG). Compliance and Audits(ISO).Deta analysis and reporting ,Manage ,train,and guide Quality inspectors,Engineers,and technicians to ensure process adherence ,Proficiency in Statistical Process Control(SPC) and root of cause analysis.
