Job Description:

Ensure the incoming / in process/ outgoing products meet the quality requirements and inspected within the specific timeframe.
Monitor effectiveness of quality control procedure and process. Propose and implement improvement where necessary.
Conduct root cause analysis with production team when there are quality issues or customer complaints. Formulate corrective action based on this.
Monitor and coordinate rework and quarantine activities.
Update SOPs and test methods when required.
Perform on site inspection and audit to production
Monitor and analyze non-conformities to identify product/process requiring quality improvement.
Review test results and report out-of-specification (OOS) findings.
Participate in internal audits and assist in ISO documentations as required.
Perform other duties as and when assigned by superior.
