Position Overview
Sustainable Facilities Management Solutions (SFMS) is seeking a Quality Control (QC) / Safety Manager to join our leadership team at our Washington, DC headquarters. This position is responsible for the integrity and safety of multiple facilities across the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region.
Working from our Madison St NW office, you will be the primary authority ensuring that all maintenance, custodial, and repair tasks meet the rigorous Green Building standards SFMS is known for. You will bridge the gap between high-level contract compliance and boots-on-the-ground safety execution.
