The Quality Control Technician ensures that all products meet established quality and safety standards by performing pre-operational inspections, conducting laboratory testing, and supporting food safety programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines while working closely with production and sanitation teams in a food manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

+ Perform pre-operational inspections of machines and instruments to verify they meet cleanliness and operational standards before production begins.

+ Conduct ATP swabbing on equipment and surfaces to verify effective sanitation and hygiene practices.
