This is a proactive, hands-on role where you will drive best practices, mitigate risks early, and ensure every project meets the rigorous requirements of the Building Safety Act and BS 99001.
As the Regional Quality Advisor, you will be the guardian of quality standards within your region. You won't just react to issues; you will engage early with Preconstruction teams to identify risks and provide the training necessary to empower our project teams and supply chain.
Site Excellence: Conduct regular site inspections and audits to verify that construction work, materials, and installations align with specifications and manufacturer requirements.
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and analyse trend data to facilitate learning and prevent recurring defects.
