Description
- Lead improvement initiatives in manufacturing, including automation and digital systems.
- Validate processes through capability studies and gauge R&R analysis.
- Resolve quality issues using root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Support manufacturing operations with audits and quality analysis.
- Manage supplier corrective actions and collaborate with procurement.
- Assist with New Product Introduction and integration of new technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation and quality records.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors’ Degree within Engineering field preferred
- Blueprint reading and GDT experience
- APQP experience
- Assembly and manufacturing process knowledge
- Strong Leadership Ability
- Team Player
- Strong Communicator
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berea, KY.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $38.46/hr.
