The delivery of the HPC Project is split across three Areas, supported by a number of transverse programmes of works to which the Quality Department provides quality related services. Quality Delivery Managers in each Area/Programme specify their needs and monitor service performance to the other department managers. For day‑to‑day reporting, QMLs report to the QDM.
