Position Overview

            Functieomschrijving/>Take responsibility for the quality and
technical performance of suppliers and their n-tier supply
chain
Monitor and improve supplier
performance, from incident management to structural
improvements
Develop and execute Supplier
Improvement Plans (SIP)
Implement improvement
programs such as Lean, SPC, FMEA, and operational excellence at
suppliers
Optimize manufacturing processes,
quality control, and testing procedures

Collaborate with procurement and internal stakeholders on
a company-wide quality strategy
Act as a
technical expert and sparring partner for internal teams and
suppliers
Lead and develop a team of Supplier
Quality Engineers
Identify and mitigate risks
within the supply chain and production processes
