Job Title: Quality EngineerJob Description
The Quality Engineer supports daily quality assurance activities, analyzes production data to drive continuous improvement, and refines methods to enhance overall performance. This position develops effective testing, sampling, and training procedures to ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. The Quality Engineer also conducts audits, prepares reports, and drives corrective and preventative actions to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
Responsibilities

+ Comply with all BOS, ISO/TS, and customer-specific requirements.

+ Understand plant/customer KPIs and work with the team to meet and exceed them.

+ Participate as a Layered Process Auditor if instructed by the manager.

+ Ensure continuous improvement in all production quality deliverables.

+ Provide support on PPAP package preparation for product submissions and approval by appropriate customer personnel.
