Quality Engineer – Development – Project Operational

Responsible for ensuring quality throughout the product development lifecycle in Valeo’s Visibility Systems Business Group.

Responsibilities

• Customer interface regarding quality matters for P0 projects assigned within the Product Group/Site.
• Monitor and control compliance with the modification process.
• Guarantee compliance with the 4M matrix regarding product or process changes; ensure customer awareness and approval of changes in accordance with the 4M matrix.
• Ensure CIP compliance, specifically integrated quality standards: ensuring the SPPC tracking sheet is used, the SPPC identification procedure is followed, and SPPC transfer to the supplier is handled via VRFs.
• Verify that LLCs (Lessons Learned Cells) have been utilized and respected.
• Update quality documents following any product or process‑related changes.
