**Job Title: Quality Manager**

**Responsibilities**

+ Supervise and lead the quality and inspection team within a metal manufacturing environment, providing day-to-day direction and support.
+ Coordinate and manage annual external audits, ensuring all documentation, processes, and records comply with internal requirements.
+ Lead or support root cause analysis for quality issues, using structured problem-solving methods to identify causes and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
+ Use ERP-based software to manage quality data, track nonconformances, and support reporting and analysis.

**Essential Skills**

+ 4–8 years of experience in quality management or quality engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

**Job Type & Location**

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
