Position Overview

            CONTROL THE PRODUCT REALIZATION PROCESS Ensure shipment of a product which meets the customer requirements, by building according to client specifications. SHIP DEFECT FREE PRODUCT. 
Ensure the product-process control according to the customer specifications. 
Define, monitor and evaluate the effectivity of quality plans and practices. 
Implementation and follow-up of problem solving thru the usage of lean manufacturing tools and techniques. 
Ensure appropriate disposition of Non Conforming material detected. 
MANAGE THE CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTION PROCESS Document and follow-up internal and external corrective actions. 
Verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions implemented. 
Maintain database for internal and external quality.
