The Compliance and Procedure Section is responsible for the continuous review of company's airworthiness manual to ensure they are updated timely to meet regulatory requirements.
This includes reviewing the company Standard Operating Procedure Manual (SOPM) submitted by respective departments to ensure the procedure written do not contradict with regulatory requirements.
External audit activities either by regulatory authorities or customers shall be managed by the Compliance and Procedure section.
They shall be the liaison party to ensure that any non-conformance raised during the audit are responded within the stipulated time frame and follow on through closure.
This section also plans and review internal audit activities.
