Ensure all fabrication work is done with acceptable quality by daily monitoring, including inspecting according to specification, procedure, and applicable standards.
Understand all technical specifications, standard compliance, and ability to handle troubleshooting and project correction.
Prepare welding methods, PQR assembly, and other CWI duties.
Co‑ordinate and communicate with members, even carrying out inspection of all the welding and associated actions in accordance with the approved Welding Procedure Specification, drawings, and Company Specifications and requirements.
Co‑coordinate and liaise with Production personnel to ensure that all inspection stages comply with inspection and test plans on material or structure.
Witness and verify all tests, including reinstatement, etc., and prepare reports after such tests are conducted.
