The QA Engineer will be responsible for managing tasks related to current production processes, continuous improvement, and daily support with internal and external customers. This role will lead the organization in supporting MRB and RMA activities and implementing root cause problem-solving and improvement strategies to prevent customer escapes and internal defects. The QA Engineer will play a key role in launching new products by ensuring compliance and readiness through Advanced Product Quality Planning techniques.
Responsibilities

+ Collaborate directly with customers to understand and address quality concerns, providing timely responses for containment actions, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness reviews.

+ Ensure customer requirements are properly interpreted and incorporated into Supplier Purchase Orders.
