Main functions to develop:
Monitor and control quality processes throughout production
Manage customer complaints using structured problem-solving tools (8D, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
Coordinate internal and external quality audits
Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Logistics to drive quality improvements
Track and report key quality performance indicators (KPIs)
