As our Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring product and process quality by developing, maintaining, and improving quality practices, controls, and standards. You will qualify and develop suppliers through audits and performance follow-up, acting as the main quality contact for suppliers. You will lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for supplier-related quality issues, as well as for field returns and warranty cases, ensuring that corrective actions lead to lasting improvements.

You will also support new product introductions, including APQP, PPAP, and supplier readiness activities. Supplier-related changes, such as ECR and ECO processes, will also be part of your responsibilities, and you will contribute to ensuring that changes are managed in a controlled and high-quality way. In your role, you collaborate actively with engineering, sourcing, production, aftermarket, and product support.
