Main tasks and responsibilities as Program Member:
- Drive and support DFSS (Design for Six Sigma) activities in programs to improve design robustness and reliability of products.
- Prepare the quality plan and organize the relevant quality & problem prevention activities, also including coach of quality tools.
- Utilize quality tools and take the lead on closing the loop between Lesson Learned/quality history, D/P-PMEA, DVP&R and Control Plan.
- Participate in program management stage gate reviews and engage work groups (e.g. FMEA, DFM, DFA, etc.) to ensure the appropriate quality input.
- Support to evaluate design concept and participate in design review to meet quality objectives. Also co-sign design review document.
- Using statistical techniques to create test plans for reliability testing.
