Responsibilities
Develop and implement interdepartmental and multifunctional/organizational relations to promote the requirements of the quality system (QSR).
Influence the metrics of the quality system, such as corrective and preventive actions, training metrics, completion metrics, and resolution of complaints, NCR, etc.
Manage quality systems, processes, and procedures to guarantee the quality and safety of the product in accordance with the quality system.
Manage, lead, and/or assist in the resolution of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Lead the development of new and better-quality processes; streamline existing processes.
Collaborate across all functions to improve processes and boost efficiency.
Manage the operations quality control team to ensure that the goals are met.
Review and approve non-conforming material and change requests.
