An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Provider Improvement Response Team. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated nurses to join us, with a passion for improving quality of care. We are seeking dynamic, and solution focussed nurses who are willing to go that extra mile and to be part of a successful and effective team.

This is a crucial role in driving improvements in the quality of the adult care market. The nurses will work as part of the Provider Improvement Response Team (PIRT), which is a joint health and social care team with both nurses and local authority officers.

The key focus of this team is to work with the highest risks in the care market including services at risk of closure, those in large scale enquiry or those subject to CQC enforcement action. You will feed into ...
