Position Overview

Responsibilities


  • Complete NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) with specific information about defects found during inspection.

  • Take photographs as evidence of repairs indicated in NCRs.

  • Verify processes by collecting evidence in the QMS (Quality Management System) according to work instructions.

  • Ensure that procedures specified in work instructions are followed in production areas.

  • Perform required measurements for CTPs and CTQs.

  • Safeguard measuring equipment and tools required to perform the job.

  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

  • Understand and contribute to the company’s Quality Policy.

  • Perform activities specified in quality procedures in which they are involved.

  • Issue process stop notices whenever nonconformities are identified that may affect process or product quality.
