Position Overview

            Responsibilities Defines the standard process and ensures application in the segments (specification and participation) and structures process descriptions 
Analyzes reports and defective products to determine trends and recommend corrective actions 
Collaborates with suppliers to assure the quality of their products, materials, components and/or operations 
Executes reviews to achieve continuous improvement of quality assurance processes 
Monitors supplier performance and supports efforts to develop and implement changes to improve the production process 
Processes internal and external complaints 
Processes incoming goods inspections (influence on technical delivery conditions) 
Translates and trains specific industry standards and customer requirements 
Monitors/audits compliance of the QA system 
Qualifications Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
