About the Role
We are seeking an experienced lead to take full ownership of Serial Life Quality and lead issue resolution for legacy vehicles in the India-Asia Pacific (IAP) region, specifically in the Info Connectivity & ADAS domains. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage end-to-end quality operations, drive cross-functional alignment, and leverage AI-powered tools and analytics for faster problem solving, and ensure top-notch customer experience through effective resolution and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Take full control and management of Quality for Software Serial Life and lead the animation of resolution activities for issues affecting legacy vehicles in Info Connectivity & ADAS domains.
