**Who will you be working with?**

The Quality Leader is responsible for leading all elements of manufacturing quality in their assigned area within the Ft. Worth Mining plant (TXO). The Quality Leader will lead a team of Quality Technical Advisors and other resources, drive resolution of quality problems, ensure compliance with Quality Management System procedures, and lead continuous improvement projects.

In short, the Quality Leader will ensure and improve the overall quality of processes and products manufactured in their assigned area

**Qualifications/Requirements**

+ Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience)
