Job Description

We’re looking for an engaging and experienced Quality Manager to lead our small Quality team at our factory in East Tamaki.

This role works across both local and global teams and is accountable for all aspects of quality, including QA, QC, systems, and compliance. The position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is a key member of the Operations Leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Provide a strong quality perspective within the plant leadership team and influence site strategy and direction.
• Lead and develop a small Quality team, providing day‑to‑day leadership, coaching, and support.
• Support production and oversee testing of raw materials, WIP, and finished products to ensure consistent product quality.
• Act as the New Zealand food safety expert, leading HACCP programs, projects, and governance.
