Quality Manager salary: £50,000 – £55,000

Working Week: 4-day week

Quality Manager Overview:

Own AS9100 quality activity on site and keep audits controlled and stress-free
Support a second site one day per week as it develops from ISO 9001 toward AS9100
Drive internal rejects down through proper RCA, 8D discipline and follow-through
Stay close to the shop floor, supporting machinists and inspectors day to day
Keep the QMS lean and effective, improving discipline rather than rebuilding it
Possibility of working a 4-day week
